We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.

7. Password security

When you use your NSB Networks services account, others can’t see your stuff if they don’t know your password. So, keep your password secret and don’t share it. If you’re on a computer or phone that others use, make sure to log out when you’re done. It’s a good idea to change your password now and then. You can do that by going to the dashboard and following the instructions.

8. Links to Other Sites

This Service may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by us. Therefore, we strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

9. Uploading users’s Images & file/docs

NSB NETWORKS collecting user image/file/docs only for registration form and some times for any trouble shoot of devices like ont/router via ticket area but never sale or never share to any third parties company.

Our app allows you to upload images/file/docs from your device. These images are stored securely on our servers to provide you with the app’s features.

How We Use Your Images /file/docs:

All matters relating to the use of the NSB NETWORKS PVT LTD website is governed by the laws of INDIA, as applicable and you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the province of Araria ,Bihar.

Certain areas of this Website are restricted from being access by you and NSB NETWORKS may further restrict access by you to any areas of this Website, at any time, in absolute discretion. Any user ID and password you may have for this Website are confidential and you must maintain confidentiality as well.

16. Indemnification

You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent nsbnetworks from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.

18. Payment

Payment can be made by way of A/c Payee cheque/Online/DD or Pay Order drawn on any local bank in favour of “NSB NETWORKS PRIVATE LIMITED”. Payment must be made on or before the due date failing which the Company shall be entitled to charge interest at the rate 18% per annum or prevailing market rate of interest, if higher, on all the outstanding charges from the due date and in addition shall be entitled to discontinue/suspend the Services, without notice, at its sole discretion, shall have the right to adjust any security deposit paid by the Customer against such outstanding amounts, in the event of such adjustment the Customer shall restore the security deposit to the specified amount within 3 days, such that the security deposit at all times is maintained.
Upon reaching of the expiry conditions, services shall be suspended. However, the customer can get the services reactivated, by subscribing to any applicable Renewal Pack.
The NSB NETWORKS shall have the right to set off any and all amounts paid by the Customer against any outstanding dues from the Customer to Company
The customer shall be liable to pay charges for any excess usage beyond the subscribed pack
Plan charges and device rentals will be charged in advance, however, excess MBs (MBs consumed over & above plan limit if any) used will be billed in the next bilL
Subscription fee & one-time payments, including installation charges and Modem Rental if any, will not be refunded in any case
If you made any payment from our NS FIBER app/ through Payment gatway ,NSB NETWORKS keep your data like transection details ,payment history,order history (but never store your otp /banking password /card details) in secure server and it will be deleted automatically after 90 days and NSB NETWORKS never shell or share data to third parties company.

Variation of Terms

NSB NETWORKS is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Website you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between nsbnetworks and you in relation to your use of this Website, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
